Ingredients
- Blueberry chia seed jam (see tutorial on TriDereka’s YouTube channel)
- 1 cup walnut butter
- ½ cup agave syrup
- ½ cup unflavored protein powder (we recommend @complement)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp lemon juice (to be mixed into batter or chia jam)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Make the Dough
- In a medium bowl, combine the walnut butter, agave, protein powder, almond flour, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Stir well until a thick, scoopable dough forms.

2. Chill to Set
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes to let the dough firm up.
- This makes it easier to roll and shape.

3. Shape the Cookies
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Use your thumb or a small spoon to press gently into the center of each ball, creating space for the jam.
4. Fill with Jam
- Bake the cookies at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- Fill the center of each cookie with a spoonful of blueberry chia seed jam.
5. Bake & Serve
- Let them cool completely before eating.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
