Remember this is something investors are prepared for. There are severel post in this group highlighting the fact September has always been the worse month for the stock market. That being said it is also the perfect time for someone new to investing to start their portfolio. Everything is already cheap and there is enough time to build a nice portfolio before the Santa Claus rally( that’s a thing too) These trends happen yearly and retail investors either get caught holding a bag or selling too soon.
