  • 1 packet Sazon seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon

For Fajitas

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

For Pico de Gallo

  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

For Corn Salsa

  • 1 cup Corn kernels (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tbsp Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

For Chipotle’s Honey Vinaigrette

  • 2-3 tbsp Adobo Peppers
  • 2-3 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

Step-by-Step Instructions

Prepare the Sweet Chili Salmon Bites

  1. Dice the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine all salmon seasonings, including sofrito, spices, mustard, jerk sauce, and lime juice. Mix well.
