RHONY Star And Cancer Survivor Launches New Mental Wellness App

Published:

URAWarrior, a mental wellness platform founded by executive coach and TV personality Bershan Shaw, has launched a new mental wellness app designed to help users manage stress, anxiety, and mental health challenges.

The app, released on National Suicide Prevention Day, is part of a partnership with the restaurant chain Founding Farmers.

A New mental wellness app

Bershan Shaw, a two-time cancer survivor known for her appearances on The Real Housewives of New York City, created URAWarrior as a safe space for individuals dealing with mental health struggles.

The app offers a range of mindfulness exercises, personalized programs, and supportive content, all in an environment free from bullying and negativity. Users can also engage anonymously, creating a non-judgmental atmosphere for those seeking support.

“Mental health is a crucial component of overall wellness, and we’re thrilled to partner with Founding Farmers to offer this innovative solution to both their employees and the public,” Shaw said in a press release.

“This app gives users an experience tailored to their mental wellness needs, helping them take proactive steps toward self-care.”

Supporting Mental Health in High-Stress Industries

As mental health challenges continue to rise, particularly in high-stress sectors like food & beverage, healthcare, and corporate environments, the URAWarrior app aims to provide essential tools for managing mental wellness.

The app is designed to help individuals take control of their mental health with accessible, easy-to-use features.

Founding Farmers, known for its farm-to-table dining and strong community focus, has embraced the partnership by integrating URAWarrior’s mental wellness tools into its employee support system.

The restaurant chain will offer its staff free access to the app’s premium features, ensuring mental health support is readily available.

“At Founding Farmers, we’ve always been about more than just food. Supporting the mental health of our team and community is essential, and partnering with UR Warrior allows us to offer a much-needed resource to both our employees and guests,” said Dan Simons, co-owner of Founding Farmers.
