  • Chopped cilantro, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Toppings & Assembly

  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Extra sauce for drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and coat the chicken thighs thoroughly.
  • Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
