KFC Inspired Potato Wedges Recipe

Craving a savory dish with a little extra flavor? Try this quick recipe for KFC-inspired potato wedges that are sure to keep you coming back for more. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with that irresistible seasoning, these wedges are the perfect snack or side to elevate any meal.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes

• 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

• 1 egg

• 1/2 cup of water

• Chicken Bullion

• Black Pepper

• Parsley

• Paprika

• Chili Powder

• Onion Powder

• Garlic Powder

• Siracha Sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and Cut into wedges.
  2. Boil for five minutes to seven minutes strain and pat dry.
  3. Once dry allow to sit for 10 minutes to cool.
  4. Make Wet Bater – 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour 1 egg Add 1/2 cup of water and if it’s still too thick slowly add more until you get a thick consistency.

Seasoning: chicken bouillon, black pepper, parsley, paprika, chili powder, onion powder and garlic powder. Add 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce(optional) but brings so much flavor to the fries

5. Coat potatoes and fry for five to seven minutes or until golden brown.

Dipping Sauce: 1/2 tsp of ranch seasoning, 2 tbsp of mayo, 1/2 tbsp of sour cream and 3 tsp of kinders buttery buffalo sauce! Top it off with parsley and red pepper.
