This move comes after her successful tenure at Afrocenchix, where she played an instrumental role in securing $1.2 million in seed funding for the natural haircare e-commerce business.

A Vision For African Beauty

Twumasi-Corson’s decision to join LIHA Beauty wasn’t part of her initial plan after exiting Afrocenchix.

With 15 years of experience in cosmetic startups, Twumasi-Corson is poised to leverage her expertise to amplify African beauty on the global stage.

LIHA Beauty is renowned for blending African beauty secrets and British elegance.

“At LIHA Beauty, we offer our customers African beauty secrets with a quintessentially British attitude, and my favourite thing about the brand is our commitment to sustainability, from glass packaging to ethically sourced ingredients,” said Twumasi-Corson in her LinkedIn announcement.

Exciting Developments on the Horizon

As is customary in the fast-paced startup environment, Twumasi-Corson has already begun making strides at LIHA Beauty.

Stakeholders and beauty enthusiasts should stay tuned for upcoming announcements, including the launch of a revamped website, a major summer campaign, and the brand’s first-ever Out-of-Home (OOH) advertisement.

This transition for Twuamsi-Corson signifies a personal growth opportunity and highlights the vibrant potential of African beauty innovations in the global market.

As LIHA Beauty continues to grow under her leadership, the beauty industry looks forward to witnessing how African heritage and sustainable practices can merge to set new trends.
