To celebrate Black history month, finance platform Creative Juice has launched the Black Creator Incubator to help uplift Black content creators.
The program, which aims to uplift Black creators’ voices and provide them with the education needed to grow, will commit to investing $25,000 in Black creators.
Creative Juice will pick five Black creators to receive funding and participate in critical educational sessions on creativity and finance.
“Helping creators grow means increasing our support of underrepresented communities,” Creative Juice said.
“Announcing the Black Creator Incubator – our inaugural program designed to uplift Black creator voices and provide education to help them grow.”
Despite Black creators being the brains behind many dominating trends on social media, they are still not exposed to as many opportunities as their white counterparts.
Many Black creators are not even paid as highly as white creators – which is why Creative Juice has decided to launch the Black Creator Incubator.
Selected creators who receive additional funding will be offered vital education sessions that will help boost their creativity and financial knowledge.
The program will aim to provide Black creators with the means to scale their businesses to new heights.
To qualify, creators must be Black and have at least 25,000 YouTube subscribers. Applications are open until February 17th. If you’re interested in joining the program, click here.
