- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
Ingredients:
- Season the Chicken
Generously coat chicken thighs with Creole seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Set aside to infuse flavors. - Sear the Chicken
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Sear the seasoned chicken thighs until browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside. - Sauté the Veggies
In the same pan, sauté diced celery, carrots, garlic, and onion. Stir frequently until the vegetables are fragrant and softened. - Build the Base
