Black Founder Audrey Bell-Kearney’s Academy Launches Initiative To Empower Low-Income Individuals For Tech Careers

Published:

Chatbot Engineer Academy has announced the launch of a new initiative to revolutionize the tech job market for low-income individuals.

Audrey Bell-Kearney, the dynamic founder and President of the Gwinnett Women’s Chamber of Commerce and a visionary leader in AI, founded the academy with a focus on no-code AI chatbots.

A no-code AI chatbot is a tool you can create without learning a programming language first.

UpSkill To UpLift Initative

Chatbot Engineer Academy has now launched the “UpSkill to UpLift Initiative.”

UpSkill To UpLift Initiative is a groundbreaking program that revolutionizes the job market for low-income individuals and those on public assistance.

The initiative focuses on the power of upskilling, providing participants with the knowledge and tools to harness no-code technology for creating chatbots and digital content.

Participants will learn to leverage no-code tools, opening doors to secure employment in tech industries or launch entrepreneurial ventures, potentially leading to a global economic surge in communities.

“As the President of a Chamber of Commerce, we are always looking for ways to support our businesses and strengthen our communities,” Bell-Kearney told Black News.

Learning In The AI Space

With unemployment figures in Georgia and across the US remaining a concern, the initiative seeks to make a substantial impact.

The initiative aims to equip individuals with immediate skills and ignite a passion for further learning in the AI space.

They want to propel many into leadership and innovation roles within the tech industry, fostering a new generation of tech experts and entrepreneurs.

Chatbot Engineer Academie’s goal is to transform the lives of 25,000 low-income individuals over 12 months by equipping them with cutting-edge skills in no-code chatbot development.

By fostering an inclusive and diverse technological workforce, they aim to reduce economic disparities and enhance community resilience significantly.
